I would not recommend Vertu Ford Wigan because
Actually I was told that vehicle is under MG warranty and it comes with 7 years warranty but as this is 24 year so still 5 years left- I trust them I haven’t ask for trust drive because I thought I should trust this dealership I trust and paid 2000 deposit and excepted finance application and vertu also received 1300 profit from the finance. So when I arrived wegan sales advisor name David came to pick us and during way back to vertu wegan I ask him I just wanted to check main things which is there is should be two services on time like MG say services should be within 12 months and within 15000 miles and he said o yeah it is within, but when I arrived first think I check which is services and both services was out of date and out of millage. When I mentioned him he said I’ll have word with manager and you check other things. Mean he lied to me when I paid deposit or he didn’t check paperwork when he was confirming me. So after checking car I ask him that the situation I came with in my mind 5 years warranty and this car is not in warranty more from MG due to both services out of date and mileage he spoked to someone inside came out and say sorry I didn’t realize this and we can offer you three years warranty from vertu ford and one service. I said yes came in my mind for 5 years how come then they said we can’t do more then 3 years as what we offer maximum is 3 years and then manager came to me and first he said MG don’t offer 7 years MG offer 5 years and so your MG is 3 years left. I said let me made a call I call to MG same time and ask they confirmed and send me documents that after Year 2019 all MG comes with 7 years warranty and mine is Year 2024 so they lied again. When I showed them documents from MG which confirms that it comes with 7 years then they change their story and said it comes with 7 years but every year warranty not the same every year warranty become less and lesser so after 5 years almost nothing which I completely don’t understand why they was trying to explain this and convincing me for to buy MG.

Finally due to my situation I book train all the way Sheffield so my wife was also with me we decided to go ahead with purchased just because I already paid deposit and they already received 13000 pounds from finance and if I cancel then there is already hard search in my credit file so if I go to find another car is gonna be again hard search which effect my credit score, and if I cancel they said is gonna take time to refund the finance amount which they already received 13000 so I was looking for car asap due to my work situation.

That’s the overall my first time experience, and what I realize do not trust even if it’s vertu…….::
